Guarantee policy
If our service doesn’t deliver, our guarantee policy will...
Our service is backed by a refund policy which entitles you to some or all of your money back if your credit
report has not been enhanced. Put simply, we don’t believe you should have to pay for ineffective service. Here's how
the refund policy works.
After you have been a member for 6 months, if you feel ambivalent about the success of our
service you can request an evaluation of your account. You must send us current credit reports. We will calculate the total
value of all successfully deleted, improved, and or balance adjustments, items and compare that amount to the fees you have
paid us. If what you have paid exceeds the value of deleted or improved items we will reimburse you the difference. The term
Enhanced referrers to, deleted, improved, balance adjustments, and updated items on you credit report’s
To determine
the total value of our service we count the number of items we successfully improved or deleted from your credit report and
multiply that by $50 per item and $12 per disputed item per credit bureaus. This does not mean that we will charge $50 in
addition to our regular fees. Rather, we use the value of $50 per deleted item to determine if we created spectacular value
for you (or not.)
The guarantee policy is perhaps best communicated by example.
EXAMPLE A
Imagine that after 6 months we have deleted only 2 items from your credit reports. You started with 20 negative
items, 18 of which remain. Your refund would be computed as follows:

While the first example shows results which are lower than our
average participating member (i.e., average results may yield much better dispute-to-removal ratios) it is a good example
of how the guarantee policy works. Please note that when our results exceed the value as computed above, you will not owe
more money. The value calculation is intended to reassure you that Fix Credits.com has a stake in helping you achieve a high
level of satisfaction.
